1. Acceptance
These Terms are a binding agreement between you ("you", "student")
and The Safe Trader Institute ("TST", "the Institute", "we", "us"),
a trading-education service operated by Pratyaksh Bedi out of
Rohini, New Delhi. A registered legal entity is being set up; these
Terms will be updated with the entity name once complete. By visiting
this website or enrolling in any program you agree to these Terms in
full.
2. General risk disclosure
- Trading in financial markets involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals.
- Past performance of any strategy, system, mentor or student does not indicate future results.
- All content at The Safe Trader Institute is strictly for educational and mentorship purposes only.
- The Safe Trader Institute and its mentors are not SEBI-registered investment advisors or research analysts.
- Nothing taught in any program constitutes financial or investment advice.
- We make no promise of trading profits of any kind to any student.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding
contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to enrol. Enrolment is
at our discretion; we may decline any application.
4. Performance-Linked Refund Clause
TST offers a Performance-Linked Refund Clause on enrolled
levels. This is a conditional refund policy, not a profit
assurance. It is reviewed case-by-case at the end of the applicable
window:
- Levels 2 & 3: 6-month review window.
- Level 4 (SMC Elite): 3-month review window, per brochure specifications.
- Eligibility for review: at the end of the window, the student's account did not reach PNL+ despite following the defined strategy and risk management.
- Void conditions: the clause is void if the student traded outside the defined rules — including emotional trading, over-leveraging, or ignoring the instructed stop-loss.
- Any refund issued under this clause is subject to review and verification by the Institute. Full text: Refund Policy.
5. Fee & refund policy (summary)
- All course fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed and classes have commenced.
- Level 1 is available in offline and online batches. Fees are as confirmed at the time of enrolment.
- Fees are subject to revision without prior notice; the rate applicable to you is the one on your enrolment invoice.
- Refund under the Performance-Linked Refund Clause is subject to review and verification.
6. Live trading support
- Level 2: Live trading support for 3 months (Trendline strategy — paid support).
- Level 3: Live trading support for 3 months, plus 2 months free support included.
- Level 4: Daily live trading with the mentor, per brochure specifications.
- Live support is provided for guidance and educational demonstration only. It is not an investment recommendation or a signal service.
7. Confidentiality & intellectual property
- All strategies, models, trading systems, class recordings and printed material are proprietary to The Safe Trader Institute.
- Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, recording, reposting or redistributing any course content — whether publicly or in private groups.
- Level 4 SMC strategies are fully confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third party under any circumstance.
- Violation may result in termination of access and support without refund, and legal action where appropriate.
8. Module completion & acknowledgement
- The module checkboxes in the TST brochure are an official record of modules taught in class.
- A checked module confirms that the topic was covered and demonstrated by the mentor in that session.
- Once the mentor has marked a module as complete, the student cannot dispute coverage of that module at a later date.
- At the end of the program the student signs a Final Student Acknowledgement confirming that all modules have been taught and no outstanding dispute remains.
9. Code of conduct
As a student, you agree:
- Not to harass, dox, or defame mentors, staff or other students.
- To treat live sessions as private — no public streaming, recording or reposting.
- To use discussion within TST as educational input only, and not as a basis for real-money trades that rely blindly on another student or mentor.
Breach of this section may result in removal from the batch without refund.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and courses are provided on an "as is" basis. Trading
carries a substantial risk of loss. We make no warranty that any
student will achieve any particular trading result. Any P&L
figures, win-rates, or testimonial references on this site are
self-reported
and not audited.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute's aggregate
liability arising from or related to these Terms — whether in
contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount paid by
you to the Institute in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no
event will the Institute be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of trading
profits.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
