All course fees at The Safe Trader Institute are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed and classes have commenced. By completing payment you accept this, so please be sure before you transfer.
We ask every prospective student to do a free 30-minute consultation before paying — on WhatsApp, phone, or in-person at our Rohini or New Ashok Nagar centres. Most refund requests come from misaligned expectations that a conversation would have surfaced. Please use the call.
Level 1 (Foundation) is available in offline and online batches. The fee applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of enrolment. Fees are subject to revision without prior notice; published rates are indicative and your invoice is authoritative.
The Institute offers a Performance-Linked Refund Clause on Levels 2 and 3 (6-month window) and on Level 4 (3-month window). Any refund request falls under this clause and nothing else. This is not a promise of trading profits. It is a conditional refund policy that reviews the student's conduct and results at the end of the window.
The clause is eligible for review only if, at the end of the applicable window, the student's account shows an overall PNL+ requirement was not met despite the student following the model taught in class.
The clause is void (no review, no refund) if any of the following occurs:
If the clause is intact, the refund request is subject to review and verification by the Institute — trade journal, broker statements for the review window, and session attendance records will be examined before any decision. Outcome is at the Institute's reasonable discretion based on that review.
Level 4 carries a 3-month review window under the same Performance-Linked Refund Clause (not the 6-month window that applies to Levels 2 and 3). Specific terms are explained at the time of Level 4 enrolment and are governed by the same validity + void-condition rules above.
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargeback disputes filed while a clause review is in progress will be contested with transaction evidence and session logs.
If TST cancels or reschedules a batch before it commences, you may either (a) receive a full refund, or (b) move to the next batch at no extra cost. Your choice, confirmed in writing.
